The Leader in Me

Understanding that schools are crucial to the future of our community, the Richmond County Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Richmond County Schools to implement a new education initiative entitled The Leader in Me™.

The Leader in Me™ (TLIM) is a school-wide transformational process being implemented in nearly 2,000 elementary and middle schools across the United States, Canada, and other parts of the world. Schools that have fully applied the TLIM process report direct and indirect impacts in three general areas: leadership skills, school culture, and academics.

The Leader in Me™  gives students the leadership and life skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive business environment. The Leader in Me™ program is providing daily opportunities for students to learn valuable skills to succeed in life. The program is based on the Franklin Covey book, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
